At Surf-store.com, we ship water sports equipment across Europe and worldwide. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your gear arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Free Shipping Thresholds
- Within Europe: Free standard shipping on all orders over €99
- Worldwide: Free standard shipping on all orders over €299
Shipping Costs
For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of the items, and the delivery method. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Delivery Times
- Slovenia & neighboring countries: 1–2 business days
- EU Member States: 2–5 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
- Worldwide: 5–14 business days depending on destination
Delivery times are estimates and start from the moment your order is dispatched. During peak seasons (summer and Christmas), times may be slightly longer.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 (CET) on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once dispatched.
Shipping Carriers
We ship with trusted carriers including DPD, GLS, and DHL depending on your location and the size of your order. The carrier will be selected automatically to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery to your address.
Large & Oversized Items
Kiteboards, windsurf boards, SUP boards, and other oversized items require special freight shipping. An additional surcharge may apply for these items, and delivery times may differ from standard estimates. We will contact you directly if this applies to your order before it is dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].
International Shipping & Customs
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]. If your package appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
