Binding Nature of Order & Agreement to Terms

1. Binding purchase commitment: The customer confirms they have reviewed the product specifications, size, colour and all relevant details prior to ordering. By confirming the order, the customer enters into a binding purchase agreement with Sport group d.o.o.
   
   
2. Order-specific and pre-ordered items: For products ordered specifically on customer request (special orders, pre-orders, items not held in stock), the customer's right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c) does not apply. Such orders cannot be cancelled or returned once confirmed, as the goods are procured or prepared exclusively for the individual customer.
   
   
3. Standard stock items: For in-stock products, the customer retains their statutory 30-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer protection law and our Returns & Refund Policy.
   
   
4. Acknowledgement: By ticking the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" checkbox at checkout, the customer confirms they have read, understood and accepted these terms in full, including any applicable restrictions on the right of withdrawal.
   
   

Zavezujoča narava naročila in strinjanje s pogoji

1. Zavezujoče naročilo: Kupec potrjuje, da je pred naročilom pregledal specifikacije izdelka, velikost, barvo in vse relevantne podrobnosti. S potrditvijo naročila kupec sklene zavezujočo kupoprodajno pogodbo z družbo Sport group d.o.o.
   
   
2. Naročila po meri in prednaročila: Za izdelke, naročene posebej na zahtevo kupca (posebna naročila, prednaročila, artikli, ki niso na zalogi), pravica do odstopa od pogodbe po Direktivi EU 2011/83/EU, člen 16(c), ne velja. Takšnih naročil ni mogoče preklicati ali vrniti po potrditvi, saj se blago nabavi ali pripravi izključno za posameznega kupca.
   
   
3. Standardni artikli na zalogi: Za izdelke na zalogi kupec ohrani zakonsko 30-dnevno pravico do odstopa od pogodbe v skladu z zakonodajo EU o varstvu potrošnikov in našo politiko vračil.
   
   
4. Potrditev: Z označitvijo potrditvenega polja "Strinjam se s splošnimi pogoji" pri blagajni kupec potrjuje, da je prebral, razumel in v celoti sprejel te pogoje, vključno z morebitnimi omejitvami pravice do odstopa od pogodbe.
