Wing Accessories

Wing Foil Accessories — Bags, Leashes, Bladders & More

Wing foiling gear takes a beating — wings get dropped on rocks, bladders get punctured, and leashes wear from constant tension. A well-stocked accessories kit keeps you on the water instead of on the shore. Our wing foil accessories range covers everything from protective bags to replacement bladders, leashes, repair kits, and board protection.

Wing Bags

A quality wing bag protects your wing during transport and storage. We stock padded bags from Duotone and Fanatic that accommodate wings from 3m to 7m+. UV exposure degrades canopy material quickly — always store your wing in a bag when not in use.

Leashes

A wrist leash connects you to your wing during crashes and transitions. Coiled leashes reduce drag in the water; straight leashes are lighter but create more resistance. Always use a wing leash — a dropped wing in wind moves fast and can be dangerous to retrieve without one.

Replacement Bladders & Repair

Leading edge and strut bladders are the most common replacement parts for inflatable wings. We stock bladders for current Duotone and Fanatic wing models. For minor damage, a wing repair kit with adhesive patches handles small tears in the canopy without replacing the entire bladder.

Board Protection

Nose guards, tail pads, and rail tape protect your foil board from wing impacts during learning. Foil board repair kits patch dings quickly to prevent water ingress into the core.

FAQ

Q: How often do wing bladders need replacing?
A: With normal use, bladders last 2–3 seasons. Replace if the wing won't hold pressure overnight or you find persistent slow leaks.

Q: What leash length for wing foiling?
A: A coiled leash extending to 1.5–2m is standard. Too short restricts movement; too long creates tangles.

Q: Can I repair a torn wing canopy myself?
A: Small tears (under 5cm) can be patched with adhesive sail repair tape. Larger damage should be professionally repaired.
