How it works — 3 simple steps

  2. 2We send you a formal invoice with the 5% discount already applied on full-price items, along with our bank account details.
  3. 3Transfer the amount from your bank. Important: include your name or order number in the payment reference so we can match it instantly.

The 5% discount applies to full-price items only and cannot be combined with products already on sale. Bank transfer is also available for phone and email orders — just let us know.

What happens after you pay?

Paid by card

Your order is confirmed instantly. We begin processing the same business day and ship within 1–3 business days depending on stock and your location. You'll receive a shipping notification with a tracking link.

Paid by bank transfer

Once your payment arrives in our account, we send you a confirmation email and begin processing immediately. SEPA transfers usually clear the next business day. We'll notify you the moment your order is on its way.

Common questions

Is it safe to pay by card on your website?

Yes. We use Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors (the same one used by Amazon, Google, and Shopify). Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store your card number. All transactions are protected by 256-bit TLS encryption.

Why was I redirected to my bank's page during checkout?

This is 3D Secure (3DS2) authentication, required by EU law under PSD2. Your bank asks you to verify the payment via their app or an SMS code. It's a one-time step that protects you against unauthorized use of your card. It usually takes under 30 seconds.

Can I get a VAT invoice for my business?

Absolutely. We are a registered EU VAT payer (Sport Group d.o.o., Slovenia). If you're ordering for a business within the EU with a valid VAT number, you may qualify for VAT-free pricing. Visit our VAT-free shopping page for details, or email us at info@surf-store.com.

What if I need a refund?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you paid by card, the refund goes back to the same card and typically takes 3–5 business days to appear. If you paid by bank transfer, we'll refund directly to your bank account. See our refund policy for full details.

Can I pay in installments?

We don't currently offer installment payments directly. However, many banks and credit card providers offer their own buy-now-pay-later or installment options at the card authorization step — check with your bank if this applies to your card.
