1. Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
2. How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional)
We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
3. Conditions for Returns
Items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear
- PayPal refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal value. Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange an exchange.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
