Kite Foil

Kite hydrofoiling has redefined what's possible in light wind kitesurfing — flying above the water on a foil opens up sessions in conditions that would otherwise leave you onshore.

A kite foil system consists of a board, mast, fuselage, front wing, and stabiliser working together to generate lift. Once you're up and foiling, the reduced drag means you can ride in winds as light as 8–10 knots. Kite foiling also changes the riding style completely — slower, more flowing turns and a sensation closer to flight than surfing.

• Front wing: the primary lift surface — larger wings for lighter winds
• Mast length: longer masts for choppier water, shorter for more direct feel
• Fuselage: connects front wing, rear stabiliser, and mast
