Your Responsibilities
As a cardholder, you are responsible for:

Payment Authorization & Processing
By placing an order and submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the total order amount (including applicable taxes and shipping costs) to your chosen payment method. Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation. If a payment is declined, we will notify you and the order will not be processed until valid payment is received.
Currency & Pricing
All prices on our website are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. The final amount charged to your payment method will be in EUR. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply their own conversion rate and fees.
Refunds
Refunds for returned items are processed to the original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer. For bank transfer payments, refunds are issued to the bank account from which the original payment was made.
Shipping
Delivery times depend on shipping provider, location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or customs procedures.
Returns and Withdrawal
Customers located within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws and our extended return policy.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached, and returned according to our return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
