FULL CUSTOM D/LAB Construction
The FULL CUSTOM D/LAB TECHNOLOGY is identical to the construction of the most exclusive custom boards, but applied to a tested and proven production shape. Each EPS foam core is CNC milled instead of being blown into a mould, ensuring maximum precision and weight savings.
- Single Process Technology: Each lamination step is done separately (top and bottom PVC vacuuming, etc.) instead of being combined to save time, resulting in an industry-leading strength-to-weight ratio.
- Optimised PVC sandwich: Thicker and thinner PVC plates are used in different stress zones to reduce weight while increasing durability.
- High-end composite layup: Combination of high-strength and high-modulus carbon, advanced glass fabrics and premium resin systems to deliver the stiffness and responsiveness that D/LAB is known for.
